Appointment Request
To schedule an appointment: Motivation 2 Solutions Institute staff will try our best to accommodate your request and will be in touch ASAP.
To set up an appointment, all intake paperwork must be completed and on file. If documents are not in, the appointment will be canceled. Appointments are held through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform via Blueprint.
If you make a video appointment, you will be expected to meet at the link, which will be provided via email from your provider. You must have internet access and a camera device to connect using this option on your computer or smartphone. Please be at home in a private space away from others to protect your privacy and adhere to HIPAA-compliant video practices. Please be in the state limits of Nevada for all sessions.
The clinician may charge 1-2 days before the appointment, your fee of $120 per session for individuals and $140 for couples’ therapy. Sessions are 53 minutes long. Please give a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid a full session fee for missed appointments and cancellations. Canceling allows others to receive help in your place or allows providers to set other plans. Appointments that are not canceled and rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment will not be refunded. Any “no-shows” (15 minutes following the scheduled session start time) will not be refunded. If one should miss an appointment, a rescheduled appointment will be offered at the discretion of the provider. There will be no refunds for “No show” or missed appointments.
